Solenoid Valve
Refers to an electronic valve that is electrically opened and closed, which is
connected to the electromagnet of the solenoid.
Blow Chamber
Attenuates the thundering sound generated when the pneumatic device (solenoid) is
operated by the pneumatic pressure supplied to the machine to an appropriate level.
Current Breaker
Breaks the circuit when an abnormally large current flows through the circuit as the
result of a fault, such as in the case of a short circuit.
Air Filter
Refers to a device that removes any dust suspended in the air.
Auto Drainer
Refers to a device that automatically discharges the water collected in the air filter.
Grease Gun
Refers to a device that supplies grease.
Nipple Tip
Refers to a type of connection that is connected to the grease gun. The types of nipple
tips vary according to the shape of the grease nipple.
Main Circuit Breaker
Located at the bottom left of the rear side of the machine, it switches on or off the
main power supplied to the machine.

Chapter 1 . Preventive Maintenance

1.1. Maintenance Procedure(ce model)
The following procedures should be performed before doing any maintenance task.
1. Check to see if all the operations of the equipment are terminated.
2. Turn off the Isolation Switch.
3. Turn off the Main Circuit Breaker.
4. Perform the maintenance tasks according to the directions explained in the following
sections. .
After completing the maintenance tasks, please follow the procedures outlined below in
order to operate the equipment properly.
1. Check to see if there are any abnormal substances in the maintenance area, and if any,
remove them.
2. Make sure that all the parts are re-assembled properly.
3. Turn on the Main Circuit Breaker.
4. Turn on the power of the equipment according to the procedures mentioned in power
inspection.
5. Confirm that the equipment is operated normally without any problem.
Warning
Please turn off the Main Switch in the right lower cover of
rear side before performing any maintenance related tasks.
Loss of human life may occur if proper safety measures are
not taken.
