Preventive Maintenance
Chapter 1 . Preventive Maintenance
1-1
1.1. Maintenance Procedure(ce model)
The following procedures should be performed before doing any maintenance task.
1. Check to see if all the operations of the equipment are terminated.
2. Turn off the Isolation Switch.
3. Turn off the Main Circuit Breaker.
4. Perform the maintenance tasks according to the directions explained in the following
sections. .
After completing the maintenance tasks, please follow the procedures outlined below in
order to operate the equipment properly.
1. Check to see if there are any abnormal substances in the maintenance area, and if any,
remove them.
2. Make sure that all the parts are re-assembled properly.
3. Turn on the Main Circuit Breaker.
4. Turn on the power of the equipment according to the procedures mentioned in power
inspection.
5. Confirm that the equipment is operated normally without any problem.
Warning
Please turn off the Main Switch in the right lower cover of
rear side before performing any maintenance related tasks.
Loss of human life may occur if proper safety measures are
not taken.

<Example>
Input power
Single phase AC
220V
Power Consumption: 6.3 KVA (Maximum)
Frequency: 50 / 60 Hz
Danger
If unspecified voltage is used or power input is changed
improperly, fire could occur and a death from electric shock
could occur.
Change of power input must be done by a trained repair and
maintenance operator or our authorized C/S personnel.
1.2.3. Environmental conditions
During operation
Temperature: +10 ℃ ~ +35 ℃
Humidity
Less than 50% RH (35 ℃)
Less than 90% RH (20 ℃)
During shipment or storage (in states other than during operation)
Temperature: -10 ℃ ~ +60 ℃
Humidity: 20% RH ~ 90% RH (non-condensation state)
