Error ID Item Description
680101 Comp. Missing (Sensor)
(Cause 1) The head vacuum sensor has detected "Component Missing".
Notes: (a) The same number of pick-up errors as specified in the component
library data (the parameter in the "1" text box of "Error process" in the
"Control Data" tab sheet) occurred continuously at the same feeder No.
(b) The sensor cannot detect a microcomponent or a component that has
rough surface and causes a lot of air leakage.
(Remedy 1) Follow the steps below to reset the machine to the normal condition.
(1) Press the [RETURN] button.
(2) Check the cause of the pick-up error and take correct measures.
• When a component shortage error has occurred, replenish components.
• When a component is not picked up correctly, remove the component.
(3) After taking the required countermeasures, re-start the production.
680201 Vacuum Sensor Error
(Cause 1) Although the recognition with the component recognition camera resulted in "OK",
the head vacuum sensor detected "Component Missing".
Notes: The same number of pick-up errors as specified in the component library
data (the parameter in the "1" text box of "Error process" in the "Control
Data" tab sheet) occurred continuously at the same feeder No.
