680401 Comp. Recog Error
(Cause 1) "Recognition Error" was detected as the result of the recognition with the compo-
nent recognition camera.
Note: The same number of pick-up errors as specified in the component library
data (the parameter in the "2" text box of "Error process" in the "Control
Data" tab sheet) occurred continuously at the same feeder No.
(Remedy 1) Follow the steps below to reset the machine to the normal condition.
(1) Press the [RETURN] button.
(2) Check the cause of the pick-up error and take correct measures.
• When a component shortage error has occurred, replenish components.
• When a component is not picked up correctly, remove the component.
• When a feeder is loaded with wrong components, re-load the feeder with
correct components.
• If wrong parameters are set in the component library data, correct them.
(3) After taking the required countermeasures, re-start the production.
