Replace the cam with a new one every

year.

Note: When the nozzle change cam is worn

out, a nozzle change error, etc., will

occur, making it impossible to perform

the automatic operation.

Every Month Lubrication

(DAPHNE EPONEX GREASE No. 1)

Wipe off old grease with a rag and apply a

small amount of new grease with a cotton

swab, etc.

Every 3 Months Cleaning

• Detach the nozzle shaft and blow air to

remove dirt and dust from the shaft.

Note: When the nozzle shaft is heavily

stained, detach the shaft and clean it

with an ultrasonic cleaner or a rag

soaked in alcohol.

If alcohol is used with the shaft being

attached, alcohol adhesion might

cause the diffusion plate to crack.

Refer to "1.4 Maintenance Method"

for how to detach the nozzle shaft.

Nozzle Clamp Spring 1Y2

Yearly Replacement

Replace the spring with a new one every

year.

Note: If the nozzle clamp spring is not

replaced with a new one, a nozzle

change error, etc., will occur, making

difficult the sequence of automatic

operations.

Note: Refer to "1.4 Maintenance Method"

for the replacement.

Vacuum Filter 1M6

Every Month Inspection

Follow the steps below for the inspections.

1. Loosen the bolt of the grip holder with a

hex-head wrench.

2. Detach the vacuum filter and inspect it.

If it is extremely dirty, replace it with a

new one.

3. Attach the vacuum filter and tighten the

bolt of the grip holder with the hex-head

wrench.

4. Slightly lift the grip and confirm that it

cannot be pulled out.
