6.6.1.10 Return nozzle
With the function "Return nozzle" the nozzle currently at the IC head can be returned.
To launch the function "Return nozzle" proceed as follows:
In the menu "IC head" with the aid of the
cursor keys
position the cursor bar over the menu item
"Return nozzle".
Confirm your selection with the
return key
.
Press the start button. The nozzle which is currently at the IC head will be returned. In the menu window
"IC head" the current nozzle number is reset to zero.
6.6.1.11 Nozzle Changer Set-Up
With the function "Nozzle changer set-up" the current set-up of the nozzle changer and the current nozzle at
the IC head are displayed.
To confirm the function "Nozzle changer set-up" proceed as follows:
In the menu "IC head" with the aid of the
cursor keys
position the cursor bar over the menu item
"Nozzle changer set-up".
Press the
Return key
. The "Nozzle changer set-up" menu is displayed on the screen.

The column "Programmed" contains the set-up specified by the line computer.
The column "Actual" contains the set-up actually to be found at the nozzle changer.
Set up the nozzles to the "Programmed" state and confirm with the
Return key
. All nozzles must be confirmed
individually.
NOTE
In the software up to 20 nozzle garages can be defined.

NOTE
The transport functions of the SIPLACE 80F are identical with the transport functions of the SIPLACE 80S.
Differences can only exist in the software version notice and in the header of the screen menus. This does not
however have any influence on the functions.
For this reason in this section reference is made to Section 6.4 "Transport Functions 80S" of the
SIPLACE 80S information.
If at a later point of time function changes or additions are made which affect the SIPLACE 80S Section 6.7
"Transport Functions 80 F" will be revised accordingly.
