The guard must always be set to the height of the PCB to be processed. Ensure that the gap between the
guard and the safety bar is as small as possible.
Guards are fitted on the input and output conveyors of the PCB conveyor.
The height of the guard must be set using the slots so that the processed PCB can travel through.

1.2.3.1 Description of Functions
EMERGENCY STOP Button:
When the EMERGENCY STOP button is actuated the control voltage of the gantry axes is switched off. This
means that the gantry axes are then without power and no longer present any danger.
NOTE
Placement is interrupted and once the operating capability of the system has been restored can either be
resumed or be aborted.
Key-operated switch:
When the key-operated switch is actuated the gantry axes retain their full control voltage. The protective cov-
ers are unlocked and can be opened. After the protective covers have been opened the machine comes to a
stop immediately.
WARNING
!
!
Despite all of the safety measures provided by the manufacturer severe injuries to person (eg by the gantry)
and/or considerable material damage can occur if the machine is improperly operated!
Safe operation of the machine presupposes that the machine is operated properly by qualified personnel with
all warning notes being observed!
Certain work on the machine (eg setting-up and adjustment) demand training which goes beyond the contents
of this operating manual.
