Feed motor defective; proximity switch defective.
REMEDY
●
Replace feed motor; carry out axis calibration; fit new proximity switch.
80 Arm for turning station 2 has not swivelled out
CAUSE
●
Feed motor defective; proximity switch defective.
REMEDY
●
Replace feed motor; carry out axis calibration; fit new proximity switch.
94 DETERMINANT not correct during position recognition
CAUSE
●
The two fiducials of a circuit image are on one position; the three fiducials of a circuit image are in a
line.
REMEDY
●
Correct placement program in the line computer.
95 Fiducial missing in position recognition
CAUSE
●
Fiducial quality of a fiducial not adequate; PCB transport adjusted imprecisely; camera illumination
defective; search field too small.
REMEDY
●
Clean fiducial; reteach fiducial (increase size of search field); check conveyor width; check stopper
setting.
96 CORR_MOVE not correct during position recognition
CAUSE
●
The two fiducials of a circuit image are on one position.
REMEDY
●
Correct placement program in the line computer.
101 Track empty, no component during pick-up
CAUSE
●
On a single track at least three pick-up errors occurred immediately after one another; no compo-
nent in the pick-up position; set up for incorrect component (e.g. cubic instead of non-cubic).

103 Spacing of a pin group out of tolerance
CAUSE
●
Bent terminal pin; pitch error limit defined too small.
REMEDY
●
Check components; increase pitch error limit in the package form editor.
104 Component angle outside of tolerance
CAUSE
●
Angular positioning deviation of the component on the nozzle too great; angular positioning toler-
ance defined too small.
REMEDY
●
Improve pick-up; increase angular positioning tolerance.
121 Peak offset: no result
CAUSE
●
Component terminal pin bent.
REMEDY
●
Check quality of the components.
122 Coplanarity module cannot be initialized
CAUSE
●
Coplanarity module not plugged in; configuration jumper incorrectly set
REMEDY
●
Plug in module; correct jumper.
