CAUSE
●
Axis board defective; local machine data incorrect; error should not occur.
REMEDY
●
Fit new axis board.
270 PCB interrupted due to EMERGENCY STOP
CAUSE
●
The guard was opened or the EMERGENCY STOP button pressed while placement was in
progress.
REMEDY
●
Before opening the guard press the STOP switch and wait until the machine stops.
271 Check sum error of coplanarity
CAUSE
●
Error in the command to the coplanarity.
REMEDY
●
Repeat measurement; check supply voltage; jumper check.
272 Vision system not providing measure result
CAUSE
●
No component at the nozzle; component outside tolerance; not enough image information to provide
measurement result.
REMEDY
●
Optimize pick-up; check charge (component) .

CAUSE
●
Incorrect camera number in IDEAL.MA; obsolete ICOS software version.
REMEDY
●
Correct the machine data (IDEAL.MA); check eproms and replace if necessary.
277 VS: Check sum error during data transmission
CAUSE
●
Communications error
REMEDY
●
If the error reoccurs with further attempts, first reset MVS, then station computer.
278 VS: Reference No. unknown, model not found
CAUSE
●
The station refers to a package form or fiducial description which is not loaded in MVS/M10000.
REMEDY
●
Load fiducials/package form description from vision system; check camera codes (IDEAL.MA/
REAL.MA).
279 VS: Incorrect parameters during request
CAUSE
●
Incorrect camera number in IDEAL.MA; obsolete ICOS software version; FOV (field of view) data in
REAL.MA have too great a value.
REMEDY
●
Correct the machine data (IDEAL.MA and REAL.MA); check eproms and replace if necessary.

CAUSE
●
Memory problems in the ICOS.
REMEDY
●
Reset ICOS.

●
ICOS cannot accept any further model descriptions.

●

CAUSE
●
A request is being processed in the vision system.
REMEDY
●
If this error still occurs after numerous attempts, reset ICOS.
285 VS: Request cannot be finished and is being aborted
CAUSE
●
The station refers to a package form or fiducial description which is not loaded in MVS/M10000.
REMEDY
●
Load fiducials/package form description from vision system; check camera codes (IDEAL.MA/
REAL.MA).
286 VS: Hardware error in vision system (FATAL ERROR)
CAUSE
●
Hardware error
REMEDY
●
If this error still occurs after numerous attempts, reset ICOS.
287 Coplanarity has received a hardware break
CAUSE
●
A hardware break was sent to the coplanarity module.
REMEDY
●
Hardware error: check coplanarity module; check M18; check supply voltage of the coplanarity mod-
ule.
