CAUSE
●
Error during the course of calibration in the tester.
REMEDY
●
If electrical measuring is not possible, reset station; if resetting does not work, replace tester.

CAUSE
Proximity switch defective; component jammed between screwdriver and segment;
motor of the screwdriver defective.
REMEDY
●
Replace proximity switch, adjust sensing distance; remove component; check toothing for damage;
replace motor with hub, carry out calibration on the motor control board.
386 Input conveyor occupied
CAUSE
●
When the belt speed was set there was a PCB board on the input conveyor; sensor defective
REMEDY
●
Remove the PCB board; fit new sensor.
387 VS: No reaction from M10000 (reset M10000)
CAUSE
●
M10000 crash; line interruption
REMEDY
●
Reset M10000; check cable connection.
388 Check sum error in table program
CAUSE
●
File TISCH.HEX erroneous.
REMEDY
●
Replace file TISCH.HEX in the station computer.

CAUSE
●
