535 WPC: Feed axis at limit switch
CAUSE
●
Feed axis at the limit switch; limit switch defective.
REMEDY
●
Push feed axis away from limit switch; fit new limit switch.
536 WPC: Axis error of feed axis
CAUSE
●
Undefined reference point or type of positioning; undefined axis command; position outside the
travel range.
REMEDY
●
Reboot; inform SMD Service.
537 WPC: Feed axis servo released.
CAUSE
●
Servo disabled at the axis board.
REMEDY
●
Switch servo back on at the axis board.
538 WPC: Error in jaw position
CAUSE
●
At the zero point position the reference Bero of the feed axis is not actuated; incorrect zero point cor-
rection; Bero defective.
REMEDY
●
Correct zero point correction; replace Bero.
539 WPC: Fault in lifting axis (servo or axis card)
CAUSE
●
Axis board of the lifting axis defective; Servo of the lifting axis defective.
REMEDY
●
Fit new axis board or servo board and inform SMD Service.
540 WPC: Lifting axis at limit switch
CAUSE
●
Lifting axis at the limit switch; limit switch defective.
REMEDY
●
Release the brake of the lifting axis and push lifting axis away from limit switch; fit new limit switch.

541 WPC: Axis error of lifting axis
CAUSE
●
Undefined reference point or type of positioning; undefined axis command; position outside the
travel range.
REMEDY
●
Reboot; inform SMD Service.
542 WPC: Lifting axis servo released
CAUSE
●
Servo disabled at the axis board.
REMEDY
●
Switch servo back on at the axis board.
543 WPC: Control switched off.
CAUSE
●
Control of the component carriage failed; plugged connection faulty.
REMEDY
●
Check plugged connection and inform SMD Service.
544 WPC: Protection at component table open.
CAUSE
●
Guard at the component carriage opened; protective switch or cable connection defective.
REMEDY
●
Close guard; fit new protective switch and check cable connection.
545 WPC: Error while transporting tray
CAUSE
●
When a tray is being supplied the "Tray ready" Bero is covered; the "Tray ready" Bero is defective;
when a tray is being returned the "Tray in magazine" Bero is covered; the "Tray in magazine" Bero is
defective.
REMEDY
●
Check the "Tray ready" Bero and "Tray in magazine" Bero.
546 WPC: Error in saved set-up.
CAUSE
●
At pick-up of the component division number not in the set-up; checksum of the set-up erroneous.
REMEDY
●
Reboot and inform SMD Service.

547 WPC: One tray of saved set-up missing
CAUSE
●
No tray present when changing levels; the "Tray in magazine" Bero is defective.
REMEDY
●
Fit new "Tray in magazine" Bero.
548 WPC: When returning tray, level occupied
CAUSE
●
Tray placed in travel range of the feed axis (when feed axis moved out);
the "Tray in magazine" Bero is defective.
REMEDY
●
Remove tray; fit new "Tray in magazine" Bero.
549 WPC: Tray has been taken out.
CAUSE
●
Ready tray was removed; the "Tray ready" Bero is defective.
REMEDY
●
Re-insert tray; fit new "Tray ready" Bero.
550 WPC: Take-over position already occupied
CAUSE
●
A tray already occupied the take-over position; the "Tray ready" Bero is defective.
REMEDY
●
Remove tray; fit new "Tray ready" Bero.
551 WPC: Tray in incorrect position or protection not closed properly.
CAUSE
●
Guard not correctly closed; tray positioned incorrectly; the "Lock against rotation " Bero is defective.
REMEDY
●
Close guard correctly; insert tray correctly; fit new "Lock against rotation" Bero.
552 WPC: Feed axis has touched protection.
CAUSE
●
The "Lock against rotation" Bero is defective; guard was opened during change procedure; tray
inserted incorrectly and driven against the guard.
REMEDY
●
Close guard; fit new "Lock against rotation" Bero; insert tray correctly.
553 Coplan.: Software error during system call RIO
CAUSE
●
Communication with the coplanarity module has been interrupted
REMEDY
●
Check the V-24 interface cable; check the jumper setting of the coplanarity module.
