CAUSE
●
Machine data not correct; mechanism is jamming;
drive motor, tachometer, incremental encoder, servo-amplifier defective; calibration of the axis incor-
rect.
Cam is in incorrect position with respect to zero pulse
REMEDY
●
Check machine data; check the mechanism; check the axis calibration
or check the components; if necessary, replace, fit cam in correct rotational position; redetermine
zero point correction
