CAUSE
●
Axis does not reach position within the specified time; axis setting is not correct; machine data not
correct; drive motor, tachometer, incremental encoder, servo-amplifier defective;
mechanism is jamming.
REMEDY
●
Check the axis calibration; check machine data; or check the components; if necessary, replace;
check the mechanism;
1047 X axis: target position outside of travel range
CAUSE
●
The measurement of the head references does not match the travel range of the x axis.
REMEDY
●
Remeasure the head references; remeasure the minimum/maximum positions of the axis.
