DESCRIPTION

The axis driver condition does not become Ready.

CAUSE

The axis controller or servo driver may have failed.

SOLUTION

Call the Servicing Department of our company.

Emergency stop switch

DESCRIPTION

Emergency stop switch is kept pressed.

CAUSE

Emergency stop signal was detected.

SOLUTION

Please pull and release the emergency stop switch.

NOTE

Servo switch

DESCRIPTION

Servo switch is OFF.

CAUSE

Servo switch OFF signal was detected.

SOLUTION

Turn ON the servo switch.

NOTE

Cover open

DESCRIPTION

Cover is open.

CAUSE

Safety cover is left open.

SOLUTION

Close the cover.

Air pressure

DESCRIPTION

Air pressure is down.

CAUSE

Air pressure is lower than the standard value or the air is not supplied.

SOLUTION

Feed the air at the pressure between 0.49MPa - 0.78MPa.

Pre Process Production End

DESCRIPTION

Ending signal from preceding process has been detected.

CAUSE

Preceding machine is sending the signal of ending the production.

SOLUTION

Turn OFF the Ending signal from preceding process.

NOTE

Data check

DESCRIPTION

Data do not satisfy the production condition.

CAUSE

Data condition required for production is insufficient.

SOLUTION

Enter the Data modification mode and press the data check key to confirm NG data items. And then change data.

Driver condition

DESCRIPTION

Trouble is found in the servo driver.

CAUSE

Servo driver alarm signal was detected.

SOLUTION

Cancel the driver error.

Safety relay

DESCRIPTION

Safety relay has not been properly reset.

CAUSE

There are some troubles in the safety relay.

SOLUTION

Replace the safety relay.

Thermal trip (Pump)

DESCRIPTION

Thermal switch for the Pump has detected overcurrent.

CAUSE

Thermal switch for the Pump was activated due to overcurrent.

SOLUTION

Reset the thermal relay.

CAUSE

Communication error between the NC board and driver was detected.

XY interlock (Right rail)

DESCRIPTION

Interlock was detected between XY table and right rail.

CAUSE

While XY table is moving right rail traverse limit sensor (80000:bit0) was detected.

SOLUTION

Please confirm whether right rail is down position. Please confirm right rail traverse limit sensor.

XY interlock (Left rail)

DESCRIPTION

Interlock was detected between XY table and left rail.

CAUSE

While XY table is moving left rail traverse limit sensor (80040:bit4) was detected.

SOLUTION

Please confirm whether left rail is down position. Please confirm left rail traverse limit sensor.

Auto width interlock

DESCRIPTION

Auto width interlock was detected.

CAUSE

Interlock signal was input while auto width running.

It tried to operate auto width axis with the interlock signal input.

SOLUTION

Please confirm interlock signal. Interlock signal to which the auto width refers is as follows.

DESCRIPTION

Air pressure was down.

CAUSE

Air down sensor (80002:bit5) was detected while machine was running.

SOLUTION

Please confirm whether the air pressure is correct.

Handle interlock

DESCRIPTION

Pushing H axis rotation wheel was detected.

CAUSE

H axis wheel detection (800C3:bit2) was detected while H axis was running.

SOLUTION

Please return H axis rotation wheel to original position.
