Update Counter warning

DESCRIPTION

Update counter warning was issued.

CAUSE

Command update cycle is 1 ms and the update counter value was not properly incremented continuously more than

the set value.

SOLUTION

Check if the update counter is correctly incremented. Check that the command update cycle has been set properly.

NOTE

Fan lock warning

DESCRIPTION

Locked fan warning was issued.

CAUSE

Cooling fan built in the servo amplifier was stopped for more than 1 s.

SOLUTION

If this warning persists, the fan may be faulty. In such a case, the temperature inside the servo amplifier rises,

possibly shortening its useful life. Inform us of the problem.

DESCRIPTION

External scale warning was issued.

CAUSE

External scale temperature is 65°C or higher, or signal strength is insufficient.

SOLUTION

Check the specifications of the external scale.

CAUSE

There is no power to supply Ring IO board.

CAUSE

There is a possibility of quantities of light shortage of the Ring communication.

SOLUTION

Please confirm quantities of light of the optical cable.

Fan motor of the controller case was life span warning.

CAUSE

The rotational speed of fan motor became below a set value.

SOLUTION

There is a possibility of the end of the life span of fan motor.

Fan motor of the controller case was breakdown warning.

CAUSE

The rotational speed of fan motor became a stopping condition.

SOLUTION

There is a possibility that fan motor is out of order.

CAUSE

There is a possibility that the AC FAIL signal is input. There is a possibility that the CN8 connector of the NC/IO

board has come off.

CAUSE

The voltage of the battery became 2.7V or less.

SOLUTION

The battery is exchanged.
