在自动操作方式下，手必须远离设备（特别要注意当 PCB 板上料等待时，看上去
处于停止状态，实际上它会突然发生动作） 。
When the automatic operation mode is chosen, operators should put their hands
away from the printing machine (particularly when a PCB is waiting for feeding,

can move suddenly although

is still apparently);
设备运行时操作现场必须有人。
There must be somebody on the operation spot when the printing machine
operates;
当刮刀头下降时，请不要碰到手或其它物体。
When the squeegee head declines, keep

away from hands or any other objects ;
当出现错误或需要维修时，检查是否停止了操作。
Before making diagnosis to a fault or starting maintenance, check whether the
printing machine is stopped;
在检查维护之前，一定要关闭主电源开关，并等 3-5 分钟后确保设备已完全处于 停
机状态时再开始工作。
Do switch off the main power switch before inspection or maintenance and start
the inspection or maintenance after waiting for 3~5 minutes and making sure the
printing machine is stopped thoroughly;
机器维修时应竖立警告标记表示机器的状态以防机器被第三者启动。一旦维修工 作

应正确使用原料，特别是在使用焊膏时，焊膏的保质期很短，过期应退回给供货 商
或生产厂家，每班用剩的焊膏应作为垃圾处理，不能再放回到原包装中。
Raw materials should be used correctly. I n particular, solder paste has a very
short shelf life, so the overdue solder paste should be returned to the supplier or
manufacturer; and the left solder paste of each shift should be treated as waste
and should not be put back to the original package;

如果焊膏含有溶剂，用户应确保通风良好，而且应不断监控蒸气的浓度，以避免 影
响操作人员的健康。
If the solder paste contains a solvent , user should keep good ventilation and
carry out continuous monitoring to the steam concentration lest health of
operators is influenced;
清洗用的清洗纸是易燃物，一定要遵循制造商的使用说明。
The paper for cleaning is a kind of combustible and therefore must be used in
compliance with the use direction provided by the manufacturer;
范本用后应清洗干净，并将干净的范本放在安全的地方保管。
The sample should be thoroughly cleaned and put
