如果焊膏含有溶剂，用户应确保通风良好，而且应不断监控蒸气的浓度，以避免影

响操作人员的健康。



If the solder paste contains a solvent , user should keep good ventilation and

carry out continuous monitoring to the steam concentration lest health of

operators is influenced;



清洗用的清洗纸是易燃物，一定要遵循制造商的使用说明。



The paper for cleaning is a kind of combustible and therefore must be used in

compliance with the use direction provided by the manufacturer;



范本用后应清洗干净，并将干净的范本放在安全的地方保管。



The sample should be thoroughly cleaned and put

at

a safe place;



用乙醇、清洗纸及时将范本清洗干净，并可用压缩空气将模板窗口清洁干净。若窗

口堵塞，千万勿用坚硬金属针划捅，避免破坏窗口形状。



Clean the sample promptly with ethanol and cleaning paper and the formwork

window with compressed

air.

If the formwork window is blocked, do not try to

make

it

smooth with hard metallic needles, otherwise the formwork window

’

shape can be damaged; and



在处理废弃的原料时应遵守国家的有关环保规定。



The handling of scrap raw materials should be in compliance with relevant

environmental protection provision of the country.

If a person swallow s solder paste or glue, contact with hospital immediately;

如果锡膏或胶水粘到了皮肤上，应用肥皂水充分清洗。

Clean the solder or glue sticking on skin with soapy water thoroughly; and



如果锡膏或胶水进入眼睛，应用大量的清水冲冼。



If

water.

Safety/Risk

注意：在使用自动印刷之前，应检查所有的安全装置。

Caution:

Inspect all safety devices before using the printing machine for automatic

printing.

小心：

Cautions:

1.

在开始维护或维修之前，关闭主电源开关。

1. Switch off the main power switch before maintenance or repair;

2.

如果安全装置不起作用，不应操作机器。

2. If the safety devices do not work, no operation should be done to the printing machine;

3.

在操作机器时，不允许穿便服。

3. Do not wear informal dress when operating the printing machine;

4.

在操作之前，一定要检查机器是否有损坏；是否有松动的零件；内部是否有工具，以

免在机器运动时造成事故。

4. Prior to operation, do inspect whether the printing machine is damaged, whether there

are any loose parts and whether there are tools in the printing machine lest an accident is

caused when the printing machine operates; and

5.

在处理锡膏时一定要戴防护手套。

5. Do wear protective gloves when handling solder paste.

在自动印刷过程中，千万不要将手或头伸入机器中，遇到紧急情况应立即按下紧急制

动开关按钮，停止印刷。

1) Do not put hands or head into the printing machine when in automatic printing. P ress

emergency stop button to stop the printing in emergencies; and

2)

在安装或卸下 PCB 板时操作人员应特别小心，因为将手伸入 PCB

板的运输系统中，

将会造成伤害。

the transport system of PCB will lead to injury.

预防措施：只有当机器开关关闭时，操作人员才能将手伸入机器中装卸 PCB 板。

Preventive measures: operators can put hands into the printing machine to mount and

dismount PCB only when the printing machine

在使用弹簧 Z 向夹紧板时，应注意其锋利的边缘。

1) Pay attention to the sharp edges when clamping the board along Z-axis with a spring;

2)

含铅焊膏是以松香基为助焊剂的铅锡合金物，对人体有毒。

2) Lead containing solder paste is capsule metal taking rosinyl as scaling powder and

it

is

harmful to health; and

3)

吸入助焊剂蒸气会引起过敏反应；如果手受污染，则会在吃东西，抽烟或接触时带入人

体内。

3) Breathing scaling powder steam in will result in anaphylaxis ; and if

it

sticks on hands,

it

can be taken into body when in smoking or contacting.

预防措施：

Preventive

measures:

1)

不要在不密封的容器中储存锡膏，停机时不要将锡膏残渣保留在机器中。

1) Do not store solder paste in containers not sealed well, and do not leave the surplus

solder paste in the printing machine when

it

is stopped;

2)

机器内不允许产生蒸气。

2) There should not be steam in the printing machine;

3)

确保室内抽风排气要充分，注意印刷焊膏时的环境质量，最好是无风、洁净，温度 23

± 5 ℃ ，相对湿度小于 80% 。

3) Keep good indoor ventilation. C heck the environmental quality

at

solder paste printing.

is the best that there is no wind; the operation site is clean; and the temperature and

relative humidity are 23 ± 5 ℃ and smaller than 80% respectively;

4)

不要用污染的手接触其它物品。
