机器外包装要求里层用防雨塑料布或抽真空塑料薄膜包裹，外层用木板装订成箱。

1) As to the external package of printing machine,

should be wrapped with rainproof

plastic cloth or vacuumized plastic film for the inner layer and packed into a wooden box

with the help of boards for the outer layer;

木箱外应标有防碰撞、防倾斜、防潮等标记。

2) The wooden box should bear signs about collision, tilting and humidity proofing;

运输时应拆下显示器、键盘、三色灯、日光灯、刮刀板等易损坏零部件或不固定件另

箱包装，且应在箱中用填充物挤紧，防止损坏。

3) Prior to the transport, the fragile parts such as monitor, keyboard, three color indicator

lights, fluorescent light and squeegee should be dismantled or the mobile parts should be

packed into another box. Filling material should be filled into the boxes to avoid damages;

运输时机器各运动件应和支承件紧固，滑块用导轨两端的夹子固定，工作台用固定板

固定在支撑上，待机器安装使用时再将夹子滑回导轨的两端、工作台固定板取下。

4) In the transport, all mobile parts of the printing machine should be fastened with the

supporting units; slipper block s should be fixed by the clamps

6) The base of printing machine should be fastened with the soleplate of packing case;

机器重约 1000Kg ，运输时可能需要用起重机起吊。

7) The printing machine is about 1,000kg in weight, therefore, a crane is probably needed

for lifting the printing machine; and

8) When the printing machine is delivered, unpack the wooden box and check whether

there are any parts missed in accordance with the packing list.

Maintenance

一台好的设备只有恰当地维护与保养，才能更好地发挥它的功能，缩短工作周期，减少

人力、物力，延长使用寿命，请遵循本章的注意事项及维护保养准则。

Only under care and maintenance can equipment function better, shortening working

cycle and reducing manpower and materials and extending its service life. Please follow

the cautions and principles on care and maintenance in this chapter.

制定设备日常和定期维护保养制度，并由熟悉本设备的有资格人员进行。维护应该以八

小时一班为一个循环，如果环境温度或 PCB 板的要求较高，为免落尘埃，更短的维护周期

也是必不可少的。

qualified person familiar with the equipment. Regularly, the maintenance cycle should be 8
