Maintenance

一台好的设备只有恰当地维护与保养，才能更好地发挥它的功能，缩短工作周期，减少

人力、物力，延长使用寿命，请遵循本章的注意事项及维护保养准则。

Only under care and maintenance can equipment function better, shortening working

cycle and reducing manpower and materials and extending its service life. Please follow

the cautions and principles on care and maintenance in this chapter.

制定设备日常和定期维护保养制度，并由熟悉本设备的有资格人员进行。维护应该以八

小时一班为一个循环，如果环境温度或 PCB 板的要求较高，为免落尘埃，更短的维护周期

也是必不可少的。

qualified person familiar with the equipment. Regularly, the maintenance cycle should be 8

Cautions:

粗布和未经同意的清洁液可能损伤、污染机器工作台面和组件塑料表面，只能使用指定

的棉布或纱布（不起毛）和清洁液来清洁机器。以酒精作为清洁液，用后应立即将机器零部

件表面及印刷台面的酒精遗留物擦去，以免损坏机器。

Coarse cloth or unauthorized cleaning solutions might cause damage or stain the

workbench and the plastic parts of the machine, therefore only specified cotton cloth or

gauze (which is lint-free) or cleaning solutions can be used to clean the machine. Whe n

alcohol is applied as cleaning solution, in case of damage,

has to be wiped clear off the

surface of the machine as well as the printing table.

使用润滑剂时，用户应检查其性能，以免影响润滑效果（导轨、丝杆、轴承等处推荐使

用 NSK 特殊设计的耐磨、耐腐蚀润滑油脂。如机器在特殊条件下工作，请与生产厂家商议使

用何种牌号的润滑剂。）

For an effective lubrication, users are suggested to examine the performance of the

lubricant they apply (The abrasion and corrosion resistant lubricant specially designed by

NSK is recommended to applied on the guide rails, screw mandrels, bearings, etc. If the

machine works under special conditions, please resort to the manufacturers directly for

lubricant choice.)

酒精是易燃物，用其清洁机器时应极其小心慎重，不许与其它物质混合，以免导致人身

伤害和机器损坏。
