检查刮刀驱动的同步带张力：

To

check the tension of the synchronous belts for the drive part of the squeegee.

1)

检查刮刀部件两侧的同步带；

2)

稍稍拧松同步带轮张紧座的连接螺栓；

3)

根据需要调节张紧座的位置；

4)

用手试压同步带，感觉松紧适宜即可（也可用频率仪测量齿形带张力，方法是：快击

齿形带，在频率仪上观察其频率值应在 90Hz ± 5Hz

即可）。

5)

拧紧同步轮张紧座上的连接螺栓。

Slightly loosen the binder bolts of the backstands for the synchronous belts ;

Adjust the position of the backstands as we need

Press the belts with hand and

it

will be OK if the belt feels not so tight and not so

loose ( we can also use a frequency recorder to measure the tension of the cog belt

in this way: beat the cog belt quickly and watch the display on the recorder, if

it

shows between 90Hz ± 5Hz , then

it

will be OK).

5)

Tighten the binder bolts on the backstands for the synchronous belts.

注意：

Notes:

调整时不能使同步带伸长变形。

Do not stretch the belts when they are adjusted.

注意：

两运输导轨的平行度以及与工作平台的平行度在出厂前已调试好。

workbench have been adjusted well.

印刷工作台：

检查印刷工作台上是否有锡膏残渣；



Check if there are remains of solder paste on the workbench ’



用干净的棉布沾少许酒精做必要的清洁；



Moisten a piece of cotton cloth with alcohol to do some necessary cleaning;



检查传输系统及定位夹紧部位上是否有锡膏残渣；



Check if there are remains of solder paste in the system of transportation as well

as the positions for fixing and clamping;



取下工作台四周盖板，用干净的棉布清洁导向杆及直线导轨；



Take

off the covers of the workbench and clean the steering bar and linear guide

with a piece of clean cotton cloth;



用 NSK 导轨、丝杆专用润滑油润滑导向丝杆及直线导轨；



Lubricate the steering bar and linear rails with NSK special lubricant for guide

rails and bars;



用棉布沾少许酒精清洁传感器；



Moisten the cotton cloth with a little alcohol and use

it

to clean the sensor;



需要时调整 X 、 Y 运动方向的同步带，调整方法同刮刀同步带；



Adjust the synchronous belts which run in the direction of X, y in the same way as

the adjustment of the belts for the squeegee;



将盖板重新盖好。



Put the covers back.
