在机器开始工作前打开机器前下部气动组件柜门；
Open the cabinet door of the pneumatically elements
at
the lower front of the
machine before
it
begins to work;
检查空气过滤器是否正常工作（拧下水隔下端的螺帽，检查是否有水滴落） ；
Check if the air filter can work normally (Screw off the nut cap and see if there is
water dropping down);
检查各气动组件及管路有无漏气现象；
Check if there is air leakage in the pneumatically elements and pipelines;
按照 气路原理图 检查并调整压力表上的压力，使压力符合要求。
Check and adjust the pressure displayed on the pressure gauge according to the
illustrative pneumatic chart and make the pressure measure up to the standard.

检查两运输导轨上的皮带；
Check the belts on both of the rails;
松开两导轨右端外侧的两个皮带张紧轮调节螺钉；
Loosen the screws on both of the backstands outside on the right of the rails;
向内或向外移动两个张紧轮位置；
Move the backstands inwards or outwards;
用手试压传送带，感觉松紧适宜即可；
Press the belts with hand and
it
will be OK if
it
feels not so tight and not so loose;
拧紧张紧轮调节螺钉。
Tighten the screw of the backstands.
注意：
调整时不能使运输传送带伸长。

检查 Camera Drive Y 轴导向丝杆的磨损情况；
Check the abrasion pattern of the Camera Drive Y guide rail;
清洁并润滑导向丝杆；
Clean and lubricate the steering bar ;
检查直线导轨的磨损情况；
Check the abrasion pattern of the linear rail;
用棉布清洁直线导轨；
Clean the linear rail with a piece of cotton cloth;
用润滑油脂润滑直线导轨，从奶嘴处向滑块中加注润滑油脂。
Lubricate the linear rail with lubricant grease and fill the grease into the slider
from the nozzle.

取下 Camera Drive X 导向丝杆盖板；
Take
off the cover of Camera Drive X steering bar;
检查导向线杆磨损情况，用不起毛棉布清洁导向丝杆；
Check the abrasion pattern of the steering bar and clean
it
with a piece of lint-free
cotton cloth;
用 NSK 导轨丝杆专用润滑油稍加润滑导向丝杆；
Slightly lubricate the steering bar with NSK special lubricant for guid e rails;
用棉布清洁直线导轨；
Clean the linear rail with a piece of cotton cloth;
用润滑油脂润滑直线导轨，从奶嘴处向滑块中加注润滑油脂；
Lubricate the linear rail with lubricant grease and fill the grease into the slider
from the nozzle.
重新装好盖板。
Put the cover back.
