Vision TripleX

At the heart of our Vision series is the process chamber,

which offers excellent heat transfer through advanced

nozzle-hole geometry as well as controlled overpressure in

the heating module. This ensures homogeneous, seamless

heat transfer to the assembly. The inert process atmosphere

can be safeguarded throughout the entire soldering process,

as the closed system means no external air can enter the

process chamber.

Heat transfer in condensation soldering is up to ten times

higher than in convection soldering. This makes it particu-

larly suitable for processing large or high-mass boards in a

stable process atmosphere. The inert heat transfer medium

used is perfluorpolyether (Galden®). To improve control of

the condensation phase, Rehm has developed a patented

injection process that allows the soldering procedure to be

individually regulated.

Soldering with vacuum reliably removes pores, gas occlu-

sions and voids immediately after the soldering process –

while the solder is still in its optimal molten state. Pressure

and speed can be individually set. This integrated solution

creates a time-efcient and stable production process.
