7-1-3. Optional Server Software
Among the software programs that provide the various functions to support the operation of RV-2-3DHL,
these options are offered to operate on the TOPSS server.
Data server
All information required for the RV-2-3DHL and the TOPSS terminals is stored on the server.
The inspection result of each process can be consolidated and displayed simultaneously based on the
board code search.
Data share
This provides a function that can be used by sharing the inspection programs on multiple RV-2-3DHL
units.

UV light
An image capturing function using the UV light is prepared.
Portions where the coating agent is not applied can be detected and coating agent scattering in application
prohibition area can be inspected.
Board backup unit
This is used to correct a large amount of warping on a board, such as a large-size board.
The backup unit is moved up and down via the air motor (drive), and an anti-static sponge is used for the
backup pins.

External transformer
This external transformer steps down the voltage when the voltage supplied to the equipment is 200V or
more.
The transformer is applicable to 3-phase AC 240V or 3-phase AC 380V to 430V.
Supports for long size board
The inspection area of the long size board is separated into two blocks for inspection.
Inspectable board size and conditions
Max. board width : 650 mm
Board depth : 50mm to 590mm
Conditions : Additional sensors need to be installed to support the long size board.
Mark conditions
Prepare an alignment mark at two locations on the diagonal line of the board in each area where the
inspection area is separated into two areas.
