Data compatibility with the RV Series machines
Since the machine is equipped with lights equivalent with those of the RV series machines, it is data
compatible with the RV series machines.
* You have to modify some parameters depending on the board or component conditions
Support of a huge amount of data
<When a 12-μm lens is selected>
The machine is equipped with 64-G memory, whose capacity is equivalent with that of an RV-2-3DH,
and this feature allows you to inspect 400 blocks (600 blocks in case of a long-length board) and
50,000 steps.
When you use a memory expansion option, the memory is expanded to 128 GB.
128 GB: 800 blocks (1,200 blocks in case of a long-length board)
<When a 5-μm lens is selected>
The memory capacity is 192 GB, and the machine supports up to 1,200 blocks (1,800 blocks in case of
a long-length board).
* Maximum number of steps per board: 50,000 steps
* 50,000 steps can be set for each area in case of a long-length board.
Support of an extra-large board
The machine can inspect the various sized-boards from 50×50 mm and 410×300 mm (630×300 mm when
an option for a long-length board is used), which are supported with existing RV-2-3DH machines, to
50×50 mm and 410×590 mm (650×590 mm when an option for a long-length board is used).
Support of transfer of a heavy weight board
The conveyor belt is changed from a round belt to flat belt (standard), and the conveyor motor is changed
from the 1.4-A/phase motor to the 2.4/phase motor, and these changes allow the machine to transfer a
board whose weight is up to 7,000 g (4,000 g in case of an existing machine).
