If the two programs have the same type of barcode, the system will not
inspect and require two new programs be loaded.
The system initially checks the hardware barcode for the first program.
The system must be set to [Inline] mode.
[Board Out to Entrance] – selecting this will send the board back to the entrance if
barcode checking fails.
3.10.18 Inspection Box Operation
Change the parameters for a specific inspection window of a specific component type.

[Type List] – System shows all the types in the project.
[Select Type] – Select a type to change. Select a type in [Type List] field first then
press
to move the type to [Select Type] field.
[Algorithm] – Select the inspection window types that you want to modify here.
Camera – Select the camera that you want to modify.
[Camera] – Select the camera.
[Action] – Select one action.
(1) [Change Passlevel] – Change pass level. When selecting this item, the toolbar
below will be enabled. Click on the
button to switch plus or minus sign. Plus
sign means to add the number that you input back and the minus sign means to
reduce the number that you input back. For example, the original score is 60. If
the setting is +5, the score will be changed to 65. If the number input is 0, the
parameter will be changed to the original score. The corresponding parameters
are the following:
Missing, Missing_Polarity, Lead – Score
Void, Lead Void – Bright Ratio
Solder – Bridge Ratio
(2) [Delete] – Delete the selected inspection box

[OK] – Press this button to modify the inspection box according to the conditions

[Cancel] – Press this button to close the window and not to change parameters.
3.10.19 System Parameter Display
Press this item to review the system parameters and project parameters. After pressing
[Write To File], select a path to save the text file for these parameters. To change the
inspection speed for this project, key in “tspeed” and press [Enter] then modify the [Mspeed]
field of [Project] to set the speed. Note: If the speed set is more than the default, the system
may retry and can’t inspect.

3.10.20 Bare Board
When this item is selected and inspection starts, the system only displays the passing
[Missing] box at the result dialog.

[Yes] – The system will check all the inspection boxes by using reverse logic in
order to make sure all the boxes are functional
[No] – The system will check all the inspection boxes by using reverse logic
including those already set to [Inverse Logic].
3.10.21 Inspection Type Setting
This function is to display only the specified component(s) when inspecting. All components
on the board are still inspected but this shows the failure of specified components only. You
can start the function to help tuning.
When selecting [Inspection Type Setting], the following window shows. You can select one or
press [Ctrl] and select more components to enable. Then press [OK] to complete the setting.

3.10.22 Auto Loading
The [Auto-Loading] function allows the system to load a program according to the barcode.
