1. X 轴、Y 龙门架轴上使用磁力线性编码器(磁性尺)。
・不要使金属类接近磁石面,因可能被磁石吸住,金属类取不下来。
・进行维护时,请摘下身上的手表等精密机器。
・使用心脏起搏器等精密医疗器者,不能从事维护工作。
・不要将带有磁石、磁力的螺丝刀等工具接近磁性尺。
・因为支撑销使用磁石,所以请勿将其接近磁尺。由于磁力,可能损坏磁性尺。
