8.1.1 Placing 0201 Components
8.1.1.1 Purpose
For Typ 0201 components, solid-state pick-up has been implemented in order to minimize
pick-up errors. 8

8.1.2.1 Purpose
In addition to the vacuum check as Component presence control respectively, a Component sen-

8.1.3 Synchronous Dual Transport
8.1.3.1 Purpose
Synchronous dual transport allows you to treat printed circuit boards that simultaneously
engage on both transport input conveyors as a logical printed board. This serves the purpose to
increase the transfer rate for cluster which requires a different pipette configuration. 8

8.1.4 Synchronous Restart
8.1.4.1 Purpose
If the connection between line computer and station is disrupted during running operation,
a dialog containing the corresponding information is displayed. After reboot of the line computer
under a running station, the communication between line computer and station is resumed,
and the dialog closes automatically. 8
