6.1 Pallet Intake Pusher

The pallet intake pusher is driven by the pneumatic cylinder to push pallets on the lifter

toward the D-axis carrier.

Adjusting the Position of the Pneumatic Cylinder

Warning

Always be sure to cut out the 200 V power before carrying out any

work.

1. Push a pallet to the pallet IN stopper.

2. Adjust the position of the cylinder so that there is no play between the side of the

pallet and the gate arm at this time.
