6.2 Pallet Ejection Pusher

The pallet ejection pusher ejects pallets on the D-axis carrier to the "down" lifter.

Adjusting the Position of the Pneumatic Cylinder

Warning

Always be sure to cut out the 200 V power before carrying out any

work.

1. Push a pallet to the "down" lifter.

2. Adjust the position of the cylinder so that there is no play between the side of the

pallet and the tab on the pusher at this time.
