1. Introduction
1.1 Machine Outline
The QP-341E/351E is a limited footprint multi-function high-precision SMD mounter.
The machine is ideally suited for positioning after a high-speed chip shooter as a fine
pitch mounter, or used in a multiunit, multipurpose line for placing anything from odd-
form components to flip chips.
The machine occupies a minimum of floorspace, with the width of the QP-341E withheld
to 835 mm (or 916 mm for the QP-351E), and a conveyor length of 837 mm
(918 mm for the QP-351E).
The machine employs a triple-shafted placing head, with independent rotational and
vertical movement for each of the attached nozzles.
IP series mechanical feeders and power feeders can be loaded.
1.2 Features
QP-341E/351E can be used for small or large scale production because of its
compactness and excellent line configurability.
Configure the production line to suit your throughput requirements, and the kind of
parts to be placed.
Expand your supported part range using Fuji's two-camera system.
Slim frame occupies the minimum of floorspace.
Placing accuracy of ±0.066 mm (3σ) for regular parts, and ±0.03 mm (3σ) for parts
such as QFPs with leads on all four sides.
Supports the same Power Feeders used with the QP-132E and the NP-133E, in
addition to mechanical feeders (also compatible with the QP-242E and IP-3).
Supports the handling of large boards of up to 457 x 508 mm. The PFU-3E or the
MFU-6E can be attached/detached on both the front and rear side of the machine
enabling easy maintenance and changeover.
