Mount Program
syntax: component_elref + circuit_nr + index_nr + board_pos_nr +
feeder_pos_nr + pick_pos_nr + mount_position +
align_orientation
■ feeder_pos_nr (fd)
type: integer
range: 1.. 9999
description: Denotes the position number on the feeder-bar/feeder-trolley
on which the feeder is located. The number is related to the
slot-number (hole) on the feeder-bar/feeder-trolley.
It is preferred to also include the PM position in the notation.
The preferred notation for the feeder position is :
(“ PM position” * 100) + slot-nr.
Note that a WVM covers 2 PM positions
The slot nr. for a feederbar ranges from 1..8
The slot nr. for a feedertrolley ranges from 1..16
Examples:
1412: LAS 14 (or WVM 13 !!) on slot 12 of the feeder
trolley.
504: LAS 5 (or WVM 5) on slot 4 of the feeder-bar
/feedertrolley.
■ pick_pos_nr (pk)
type: integer
range: 1..16
description: Denotes the pick position within a feeder, counted from left
to right.
■ mount_position
• mount_X_position (mnt_x)
type: real
unit: mm
description: Denotes mounting x-coordinate in the board’s coordinate
system. So board_rotation must still be applied.
• mount_Y_position (mnt_y)
type: real
unit: mm
description: Denotes mounting y-coordinate in the board’s coordinate
system. So board_rotation must still be applied.
• mount_orientation (mnt_phi)
type: real
range: -360.0 .. 360.0 degree
description: Rotation of the component mounted to the product (in the
FCM) relative to the pick-up rotation. So after applying the
board_rotation (this way, a board_rotation is automatically
taken into account when calculating the absolute rotation at
which the SMD is placed).
■ align_orientation (align_phi)
type: real
range: -360 ... 360 (degrees)
description: The orientation of the nozzle when initiating the alignment
action. This is the angle between the alignment orientation
and the pick orientation. doing the first alignment.
