1 Preface
This manual is intended as a reference on how to setup and operate the option, Automatic
Vacuum Support Pin (refer as AVSP thereof) on SIPLACE HS-60 placement machines.

1.1 Structure of this manual
This manual consists of the following sections:
Preface
This section provides general information on this manual. It also provided some important
message on operational safety. Last but not least, some products introduction and technical
data is presented here.
Retrofit Instructions
This section listed out detailed steps on how retrofit can be done on SIPLACE HS-60.
Operation Instructions
This section highlighted the most essential steps to use this option. Detailed steps including:
(1) How to perform teaching of new PCB,
(2) How production of components placement is run with AVSP.
(3) How the controller of AVSP can be reset when necessary.
(4) How to disable vacuum functions (option to reduce air consumption).
Maintenance
This section described the only one maintenance step required for AVSP.
