外，除了功能设定，还说明固有值管理和远程操作。

9.1 机器设定软件的启动
1. 从在线监视器画面上单击要使用机器设定软件的机器名或机械手号码后，显示机器设定
软件的注册画面。
2. 直接输入或者从选择框中指定选择的用户名。
3. 输入用户的密码，单击 [Log on]。显示菜单画面。

9.2 机器功能设定
在此所设定的内容被反映到生产线上所有 AIMEX 机器上。
1. 单击[菜单]的[Machine Configuration] 后，就会显示机器功能设定画面。
2. 从 [Category] 的选择框中选择设定项目，一览表中所显示的内容被变更。

3. 在各个项目中进行必要的设定。有关设定内容的详细情况，请参照设定画面下方的记
述。
4. 完成所有的设定项目后，请单击 [Send to Machine]。
5. 结束所有的设定变更的传输后，单击 [Close]。
9.2.1 吸嘴清扫功能设定
运转中，定期清扫被安装在工作头上的吸嘴的功能。同时也清扫工作头的热补正定位点。
备注 )对应的工作头仅限于 H12HS(Q)、V12 工作头。并且是标准吸嘴。
·[Nozzle cleaning during production guidance function]: [Used]
·[Nozzle cleaning interval]: [1 to 240] 小时
当累计运转时间达到设定时间后，就会显示吸嘴清扫向导。
·[Not cleaned nozzle stoppage interval]: [0 to 60] 分钟
在显示了吸嘴清扫向导之后，如果超出了所设定的时间而没有清扫吸嘴时，就会
停止生产。设定为 [0] 的时候，不进行生产停止。
能够使用该功能的模组是搭载了供料器类型清扫刷单元的模组。
