9.2.6 电路板停止位置补正功能设定
是一种补正被载入到机器内的电路板停止位置的功能。当由于电路板的重量或尺寸不同而
导致停止位置波动等情况时，能够起到使用效果。
电路板停止位置补正存在以下的 2 种方法。请选择其中一种。
a. 检测 F 定位点进行补正
·对到达搬运轨道的电路板的 F 定位点进行影像处理，并且补正停止位置。
b. 检测电路板轮廓进行补正
·对到达搬运轨道的电路板的一端进行影像处理，并且补正停止位置。这时，为了
防止支撑板的反射光，必须设置低反射板。
·检测电路板轮廓时，请在 Job 中进行电路板轮廓顺序的设定。详细请参照 [AIMEX
系列编程手册 ]。
1. 请进行电路板搬运动作设定。
·[Panel stopping position correction target]：选择 [Machine]、[Module] 或
者 [Job]。
·[Panel stopping position correction]：选择 [Correct based on fiducial
mark] 或者 [Correct based on panel edge]。

2. 在 [Panel stopping position correction target]中,如果选择了[Module]，在按下
[Send to Machine] 后，请在 [Module Configuration] 画面中进行对象模组的电路板搬
运功能设定。
·[Panel stopping position correction]：选择 [Correct based on fiducial
mark] 或者 [Correct based on panel edge]。
3. 在 [Panel stopping position correction target]中,如果选择了[Job]，需要在
[Machine Configuration] 中进行以下的设定。详细内容请参照 [AIMEX IIS 编程手册
]。
9.2.7 料盘单元 -LT 补充动作设定
此处，说明将料盘箱A或B作为补充料盘箱进行设定的方法。将2个料盘箱设定为生产用
（初始料站）和补充用 （次料站），操作者通常向补充用料盘箱补充元件。
1. 请进行 Fujitrax 设定。

·[Tray unit-LT/lTW Verifier]：[Not used]
备注 )请将以上的其中一个设定为 [Not used]。
2. 进行料盘单元 LT/lTW 补充动作设定。
·[Tray unit-LT/lTW resupply]: [Part resupply from magazine A]
or [Part resupply from magazine B]
3. 设定料盘的次料站转换条件。
·[Alternate tray change condition]：[Parts out]
为了将设定变成有效，Job 需要被设定为如下。
a. 在 Machine Configuration 内的项目 [Feeder Setup] 的设定中，将以下料槽的
Status 设定为 [Reserved]。
·料盘单元 -LT 时：[10-1] ～ [12-2]
b. 请将生产用料盘箱设定为初始料站。
c. 优化后，将补充用料盘箱设定为次料站。
