Lubrication from Lubricator to Machine
Press the feed-oil button located on the left side of the
front cover for 10 seconds every 10 to 12 hours.
The lubricator has been factory adjusted so that
about 10 drops of oil will be dropped by pressing
this button for 10 seconds.
If oil does not drop even though the machine is
operated in the automatic mode, loosen the drop
control knob.

Oil Replenishment to Lubricator
If the oil runs out, supply ‘turbine oil class 1 ISO VG 32’ or equivalent.

1. Turn the machine power OFF.
2. Close the hand valve to stop the air supply to the machine.
3. Rotate the hand valve to drain the air from the machine completely.
4. Open the oil supply port and replenish the lubricator with the prescribed amount of the specified oil.
5. Open the hand valve little by little.

Before replenishing oil, always turn the machine power OFF and stop the air.
