10.1.1 Removing Gas Dampers
This machine utilizes gas dampers for opening/closing the cover.
Since the gas dampers include high pressure gas, do not disassemble nor throw them in fires.
Before disposing of them, be sure to degas the cylinder.

1.
Remove the bolts securing the gas
damper to detach the gas damper.
2.
Using a drill of the specified
diameter, punch a hole at the
position shown in the drawing to
degas the gas damper.
Do not discard it until degassing is
completed.
