Oil name: MOBILUX 2
Manufacturer’s name: Exon Mobil Corporation
First Aid Measures
Eye contact
Immediately flush with plenty of clear water. Consult a physician.
Skin contact
Flush contacted areas abundantly with soap and water.
Inhalation
Remove to fresh air.
Warm with blankets or other means and repose. Consult a physician if necessary.
Ingestion
Do not induce vomiting. Promptly consult a physician.
Wash out mouth with water.
Fire Fighting Measures
How to extinguish
49.
1. Put out the sources of fire.
2. For fires at earlier stage, use dry chemical or carbon dioxide to douse.
3. For large fires, it is effective to use fire foam to block off air. Water spray can spread fire and hazardous
situation may result.
4. Spray the surrounding equipment with large amounts of water to cool.
5. Use water spray from upwind of fire and wear protective gears.
6. Prevent unauthorized entry to the fire area.
Fire extinguishing agents
Loaded stream fire extinguisher, foam, dry chemical and carbon dioxide.
Do not use water jet.
Accidental Release Measures
Remove the sources of ignition.
50.
1. Large leak: Evacuate the nearby area and rope off the area to prevent entry.
Be sure to wear protective gears. Stop the leaked grease with sand, etc. and lead to a safe place, then
collect it in an empty container. Be careful not to allow oil to enter drains or water courses.
2. Small leak: Collect the leaked grease in an empty container by removing with a spatula or shovel or by
adsorbing with sand or waste cloth, etc. Then wipe up completely with a waste cloth.
3. Leak on the sea: Deploy oil booms to prevent spreading. Scoop up or soak up with absorbing mat.
Chemical adsorbent must comply with the technical requirements of the regulations of relevant authorities.

Precautions in Handling and Storage
Handling
51.
1. When handling more than the specified amount, handle the product in a location of manufacture or
warehouse that meets the standards required by the law.
2. Prevent contact with flames, sparks or hot objects and do not evaporate needlessly.
3. Handle at room temperature. Avoid entry of moisture or foreign substances.
4. Take measures against static electricity and wear conductive clothing and boots.
5. Vapors generated from petroleum product often stay in the air because vapor is heavier than air. It is,
therefore, necessary to ventilate the workplace and to keep away from flames.
6. Before repairing or modifying the machinery and equipment in which hazardous substance remains,
eliminate the substance completely in a safe place.
7. Do not eat or drink.
8. Wear appropriate safety gear to prevent contact with skin or eyes.
9. If mists are generated, wear a respirator so as not to inhale them.
10. Keep containers tightly closed.
Storage
52.
1. Store in a well-ventilated place where not exposed to direct sunlight.
2. Label as a hazardous product.
3. Avoid contact with heat, sparks, flames and buildup of static electricity.
4. Electric appliances used in the storage place should be explosion-proof and need to be grounded.
5. Avoid contact with or storing in the same place as halogens, strong acids, alkaline materials or oxidizers.
Handling of containers
53.
1. Do not pressurize empty containers. Doing so can cause explosion.
2. Do not weld, heat, drill or cut containers. Residue can catch fire with an explosion.
Disposal Consideration
54.
1. Business owners should dispose of industrial wastes by themselves, or entrust the disposal to the
specialists approved by the governor or to the local authorities responsible.
2. Do not dump into any sewers, on ground, or into any body of water.
3. Burn in an incinerator before disposing of in a landfill. Any of the following substances in the burnt residue
must be below the criteria stipulated by the General Administrative Agency:
Copper and its compound, zinc and its compound, fluoride, alkyl mercury compound, mercury and its
compound, arsenic and its compound, hexavalent chromium compound, organic phosphorous compound,
lead and its compound, cadmium and its compound, cyanide compound, and PCB.
4. Burn in a safe place in a manner where there is no possibility of hazard to others or damage to properties.
A guard must be placed.
