► Insert the heating connector into the nozzle heating,
up to the stop.
► Hold the cartridge against the cartridge pipe and
screw it on to the pipe straight.
► Fit the cartridge adapter at the straight points onto the
back of the cartridge and press on as far as the stop.

Tools and equipment required
▪ Heating key (on the glue feeder)
▪ Disposable protective gloves
► Turn the cartridge adapter clockwise as far as the
stop.

Flat nozzle and needle nozzle
Depending upon its purpose, the glue feeder can be used with either a flat or needle nozzle.
The procedure for replacement is the same in both types and is illustrated using the example
of the flat nozzle in the following section:

Removing the Dispenser Nozzle
CAUTION
Poisonous and hazardous substances
To avoid direct contact with the glue, always wear protective gloves during this work.
► Unplug the heating connector from the nozzle heat
-
ing.
► Position the two lugs of the special tool into the two
holes in the union nut.
► Loosen the union nut by turning it anticlockwise.
► Remove the union nut.
► Remove the nozzle heating.
