3.20.2 Fitting the Plug-in Fitting Plug-in Fitting

► Insert the free end of the hose as far as possible into
the connection on the T-connector. (1)
► Insert the plug-in fitting through the hole in the
frame. (2)
► Use the outer nut to fasten the plug-in fitting to the
frame. Use 2 size 13 fork wrenches for this.
Use one to hold the nut on the inside of the frame, so
that this nut does not turn.
► Connect the silicon hose leading to the cartridge to its
plug-in fitting.
► Fasten the left side cover (see "3.7.2 Fitting the Left
Side Cover" [ ➙ 20].

3.21.1 Removing the Coupler Plug
Removing the Coupler Plug
► Remove the right side cover (see "3.8.1 Removing
the Right Side Cover" [ ➙ 21])
► Carefully place the glue feeder down on its left side.
► Loosen the inner nut, fastening the coupler plug to
the frame. Use 2 size 17 fork wrenches for this.
Use one to hold the nut on the outside of the frame,
so that this nut does not turn.
► Open the lock on the plug-in connector for the sole
-
noid valve and pull out the hose.

Fitting the Coupler Plug
► Loosen the inner nut completely and pull this over the
hose and off. (1)
► Pull the coupler plug and hose out of the glue feeder
frame. (2)
► Open the lock on the coupler plug and pull out the
hose.
► Push the hose as far as possible into the lock on the
coupler plug.
