质量的焊膏印刷和高的生产效率，可完美地印刷0.3mm Pitch超细间距焊盘。整机采用计算机控制，具有 Windows 7 " 视窗 "
操作界面和丰富的软件功能，可由软件设定印刷高度，刮板压力以及印刷行程，速度, 网板自动清洗周期数等印刷参数，保证
印刷品质的稳定，可极大地方便用户的使用。
Full-automatic visual printing machine is a new generation of full-automatic printing machine developed and designed
by our company; it is equipped with the Machine Vision automatic identification function and high-precision Servo driving
system, so as to achieve the fast and accurate alignment and positioning with the available precision of ± 0.01 mm and the
independent cleaning system with the printing cycle less than 8 seconds; so the high-quality solder paste printing and high
production efficiency is guaranteed, and the bonding pad with an ultra-fine pitch of 0.3mm can be produced perfectly. The
machine is controlled by computer with Window 7 “windowing” operation interface and abundant software function; the
printing parameters, including the printing height, squeegee pressure, printing stroke and speed, the number of automatic
cleaning cycles, can be set by software, so as to guarantee the stable printing quality and great convenience for the users.
