2.1 Reason for retrofit
When the security loop is opening (opening the covers, press the emergency stop), the air pres-
sure system is not exhausting. The reason is a wrong positioned exhausting drill in the base of the
air service unit. In that case, there is a big injury risk, because the cutting units can move up to 4
times, when they get manual operated. 2

2.2 Pneumatic maintenance units
The retrofit has to be done at the following pneumatic maintenance units: 2

Machines with the following serial number are concerned: 2
If in one of these S-27 HM machines an other pneumatic unit (see item numbers) is fitted, the
pneumatic unit is an older version. These are not concerned of the retrofit. 2

Withe the next version of the pneumatic units (-02) will have the exhausting drill at the right posi-
tion. 2
