2.5 Retrofit
An additional adapter plate with air exhaust drill must be fitted between 5/2 way valve and the base
of the compressed air unit. 2
: Switch off the placement machine at the main switch.
: Turn off the main compressed air supply.
: Assemble the adapter plate with exhaust drill inclusively two sealings between the 5/2 way
valve and the base of the compressed air unit (2 screws M3 x 35 mm).

The sidewise exhaust drill has to be at the same side as the electrical connection!

: Open the main compressed air supply.
: Switch on the placement system at the main switch.
: Execute a reference run.

: Check the correct function after the assembly:
By opening the protective covers you must hear a loud noise (fizz).
: For further control pull off one of the four air hoses at the distributor.
The hoses are switches parallel.
When function is correct no noticeable pressure must be at this hose.
