1. TX machine with the head combination C&P20P and CPP is now possible and the combination to use the vacuum pump
with this combination.
A new retrofit kit to support one gantry with pressere air and the other gantry with vacuum is necessary.

2. New machine type: SIPLACE CA V2 (not released)
The SIPLACE CA4 V2 placement machine supports placement on a single or a dual lane conveyor system.
With the different transport system and only single conveyor is equipped the SIPLACE CA V2 eWLP.
Additional the machine is equipped with the X fiducial bar and various vacuum tooling types (Soko).
Both machine types use the C&P20 M2 or the CPP M head. – SW Support, only!
