11 Standard Acceptance Criteria
11.3 Printer Installation and Customer Acceptance
This section details the printer capability test carried out during a machine installation and cus-
tomer acceptance. (refer to installation manual)
11.3.1 Printer Capability Test
The printer is set up with the following menu parameters for the following test using an ASM align-
ment board (provided with machine):
• Product File – 265test1
• Stencil – Calibration/Dry Align (provided with machine)
• Squeegee – 250mm
• Front & Rear Print Speed – 25mm/sec
• Front & Rear Pressure – 5kg
• Separation Speed – 1mm/sec
• Under Board Clearance – 20mm
• Paste Dispense – 0
• Under Stencil Rate – 0
• Transport Mode – Left to Left
Use nine magnetic tooling pins to fully support the board and apply a small amount of paste or lub-
ricant (enough to lubricate squeegees). Ensure the onboard SPC program set up correctly to rec-
ord and report the relevant axes.
11.3.2 Printer Alignment Capability
The printer alignment capability is detailed below
• Machine Alignment Capability - > @ +/- 12.5µm
• System Alignment Capability - > 2.0 Cmk @ +/- 25µm, (±6 Sigma)
11.3.3 Printer Core Cycle Time
The printer core cycle time capability is detailed below
Core Cycle Time – 11.0 secs*
