SOKO Manuelles Tray an X2
an Stellplatz 1 oder 3
1.1 Funktionsprinzip
Bei einer X2 ist die Möglichkeit gegeben, ein JEDEC Tray innerhalb der Maschine zu stellen. 1
1.2 Voraussetzungen
1.3 Restriktionen
Der Trayhalter ist ausschließlich für Bauelemente bestimmt, die inkl. Tray eine Höhe von: 1
– beim Einbau von zwei Auflageplättchen: 0 mm bis 13,5 mm,
– beim Einbau von einem Auflageplättchen: 3,5 mm bis 16 mm
nicht überschreiten. 1
Soll auf diesem Trayhalter andere Bauelemente bestückt werden, so dürfen diese nicht höher
sein, da sonst Crashgefahr mit dem Kopf besteht. 1
Kommt ein Service Tool zum Einsatz, so muss die Maschine auf den Standard zurückgerüstet
werden. 1
– Es ist nur eine eingeschränkte Leistungsberechnung möglich.
– Je nach Positionierung des Trayhalters / Trays kann Segment 2 des Twinheads nicht jedes BE
im Tray erreichen.
