l) Reference the soldering module.
m)Move the soldering module in [Step mode] three times to the maximum posi-
tion upwards/downwards.
ð The first lubrication process has now been completed.
n) Repeat the process twice. Here, the action step "Clean jack screw" can no
longer be performed.
o) Clean and lubricate the guide columns (2).
ð The process has now been completed.

8.9.1 Whole machine (calibration)
ü Checking all functions:
a) Assess the soldering results.
ð In the event of complaints about the soldering results:
b) Perform a recalibration of the machine.
ð Recalibration is mandatory after replacing pots, spray heads, reference
switches or drive belts.
8.9.2 The whole machine (electrics)
ü Carrying out visual inspection:
a) All the machine cables, tracked cable ducts, plug-in connectors and sensors.
b) Clean dirty components.
c) Have a qualified electrician replace damaged components.

8.9.3 Visual inspection, lubrication of the width adjustment

NOTE
For lubrication, a thin film of grease is enough!
If the drive components are excessively lubricated, they get dirty very quickly. Clean
dirty drive components before lubrication!
ü Visual inspection of the width adjustment:
a) Clean dirty components.
ð Smooth and soft running must be guaranteed.
b) Check and clean sensors (1). Have damaged components replaced by a quali-
fied electrician.
c) Check holders (2); fix loose holders anew.
