Check Every 560 Hours (Once a Month)
6. Discharge the air.
Close the main air valve.
Pull up the regulator knob, and turn it to the left
until it stops.
Make sure the exhaust sound disappears and
the gauge shows 0 MPa.
Lock the valve lever. A worker should carry the
key. (DU/DHU only)
7. Open the safety cover.
8. Lower the nozzle holder.
9. Clean the bearing and groove by
using a cotton bud.

∗ Carry out cleaning and lubricating in steps 8 to
11 for all nozzles.
2. Checking the vacuum pressure
Ensure that the vacuum pressure is within the specified value.
∗ Check it with the nozzle set to all heads.
1. Supply the air.
Open the lever.
Adjust the air pressure within the specified
value using the valve.
Lock the valve.
2. Turn ON the power.

4. Press Output check .
• The “Output Check” screen appears.
5. Select the operation table (the one
with the transfer head of which the
vacuum pressure is measured.)
6. Press
UNLOCK
+ .
• The display turns to be ON, and the vacuum
pump works.
7. Press
UNLOCK
+ .
• The display turns to be ON, and the air flows
into the pass.
