1. Testbox with check and adjustment location for the
2x8mm foils and tape motors

CAUTION! Motor may only be connected either
on the left OR on the right side!
Switch the S-feeder tester ON (Power ON). All other
switches 1-3 are off (down)
2. Plug the one end of the adapter cable to the motor (red
/ black).
3. Plug the other end of the adapter cable into slot 1 of the
extension box (only 1 slot is available for this function!.
4. Slightly loosen the two Allan screws (size 2,5).

5. Bring the 5/30V switch to the upper position (5V the
switch position 30V represents a possible endurance test
available .. Put on the switch 1 in "Foil motor on" (upper
position), the corresponding green LED is lighting.
6. Change the play of the shaft to pin wheel by manually
housing, carefully through cautiously placing a screwdriv
-
er under the motor casing.
7. If the test box indicates 50 + / - 3mA, the gear is set
correctly.
8. Exactly in this position, fasten the “housing, complete”
using the two allen screws.
Switch off S1 again and unplug the connector of the mo

tor cable from the adapter cable.
1. Connect the motor to the adapter cable
2. Plug the other end of the adapter cable on the connec
-
tor 1 of the extension box.
3. Turn on the S-Feeder Motor Testbox.
4. Set the switch 5/30V to 5V. The switch position 30V is
suitable for endurance test.
5. Turn on the switch 1.
6. Check the current consumption. Reference is 5-10 mA.
7. Check that the motor rotates clockwise!

8. Plug the adapter cable to slot 2.
9. Turn on the switch 2 up
10. Check the current consumption. Reference is 5-10
mA
11. Check that the motor rotates counter-clockwise.
CAUTION! With this test, no Feeders shall be
connected here to the test box!
