: Connect the Traystak feeder to the communication interface on the component trolley.
: Connect the air connection on the feeder to the air connection provided by the customer,
or
: Disconnect the compressed air hose from the compressed air supply for the component trolley.
: Fit a branch to connect the Traystak feeder to the compressed air as well.

: Tie all the hoses and cables together so that they cannot be damaged.

2.8 Retrofit the SIPLACE S-25 HM / S-27 HM
2.8.1 Work at the location
: Dock the component trolley out of the placement machine.
: Shut down the placement system and switch it off.

The nozzle changer and tape guide channel must be removed if more than 2 Traystak feeders are
fitted. 2

: If necessary, unscrew the hand guard beneath the left-hand safety door since it will no longer
close.

: Loosen and remove the two screws on the tape guide channel at the desired location.
The two hexagonal spacer bolts have to remain fitted.

: Fit the shortened tape guide channel (only necessary if 1 or 2 Traystak feeders are fitted).
: Fit the adapter on the component trolley.
