Einbauhinweise zur Montage des Bestückkopfes
X Ziehen Sie die 4 Befestigungsschrauben mit einem Drehmoment von 2,7 N fest.
X Stecken Sie die Anschlusskabel (Pos. 2 Abb. 3.3.3) der BE-Kamera wieder an wieder an das
Visionboard an.
X Montieren Sie die Zugentlastung des BE-Kamera-Kabels.
X Stecken Sie die Flachbandkabel am Bestückkopf (Zwischenverteiler) wieder an.
X Stellen Sie die Pneumatikverbindung wieder her.
3.4 Einstellungen und Konfiguration
3.4.1 BE-Kamera und Bestückkopf kalibrieren
Führen Sie in der Stationssoftware die Funktion Schneller Hardwaretausch durch. Es werden
dabei der Bestückkopf, sowie die neu eingebaute BE-Kamera vermessen und kalibriert. 3
– Es werden die Kalibrierpipetten Typ 2057 benötigt.
X Bestätigen Sie an der Stationssoftware den Kameratyp 38 in der Maschinenkonfiguration.
X Starten Sie unter Service die Funktion Schneller Hardwaretausch.
X Wählen Sie den gewünschten Kopf und folgen Sie den Anweisungen der Software.
3.4.2 Konfiguration in SIPLACE Pro
In der Rüstung muss die neue BE-Kamera eingetragen werden. 3
X Öffnen Sie die gewünschte Rüstung in SIPLACE Pro.
X Wählen Sie für den entsprechenden Stellplatz die Registerkarte Kopf.
X Wählen Sie unter BE-Kamera den Typ "RV Camera (38) 20x20".

4 Introduction
This manual describes the assembly of the component camera typ 38 on the CPP MultiStar head.4
4.1 Safety
DANGER: Nonobservance of these safety instructions may cause injury to
personnel and damage to the machine!
X Please observe the safety instructions in the operating manual of the relevant
machine for all work.
WARNING:
The SIPLACE machines are supplied with line voltage.
Parts of the system therefore carry dangerously high voltages! In specific modules the
voltage is present inside the machine base even when the main switch is turned off.
Handling the machines improperly or touching parts thereof which conduct high voltage
may result in death or serious physical injury as well as extensive property damage.
Before you perform any work on the machine, shut down the operating system and then
ensure that the machine is switched off at the main switch and is disconnected from the
power supply. In addition, the compressed air supply must be turned off at the main
valve of the compressed air unit, in the machine base, and the compressed air lines
must be bled by actuating the needle valve on the compressed air unit.
The area around the linear motors presents a risk of lethal injuries to persons wearing
heart pacemakers. Observe the instructions in Chapter "Special safety instructions for
working in the vicinity of powerful magnetic fields" in the operating and service
manuals. Observe the applicable accident prevention regulations, DIN standards and
special safety codes of your country at all times.
Read and observe the instructions about residual voltages in Chapter "Operational
Safety". Always observe the ESD regulations described in the operating guide, Ch.
Operational Safety.
While performing retrofitting work, always secure the machine to prevent unauthorized
reactivation or access by unauthorized persons, as described in Chapter "Locking the
Machine...".
There is an additional high risk of accidents when working with the programs and
program sections reserved for the service team. These programs may therefore only be
started by specially authorized and trained persons.
